Standard decor items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 7-14 business days for our specialized white-glove delivery partners to coordinate and transport your order safely.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ceiba Tree ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
